1. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

• A confirmed booking requires an advance payment.
• Cancellations made 1 month prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check -in.

3. Identification and Registration:

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

4. House Rules:

• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• Please maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Use of kitchen appliances should be done with care.

5. Safety and Security:

• Guests are responsible for their belongings.
• Management is not liable for loss or damage of valuables.

6. Food and Beverages:

• Homely meals are available on prior request. order should be placed 4
  hours in advance.
• Outside food is permitted, but proper disposal of waste is expected.

7. Use of Facilities:

• Guests are expected to use all amenities responsibly.
• Damage to property or facilities will be chargeable.

8. Environmental Responsibility:

• Please conserve water and electricity.
• Dispose of waste in designated bins.
